The Parliament Monsoon Session is set to begin on July 21 and will continue until August 21, as announced by the Parliamentary Affairs Minister on Wednesday.
During this session, the government aims to table several important legislations, including the long-awaited Data Protection Bill, the Education Reform Bill, and the Digital India Amendment Bill.
"This session is crucial for pushing forward reforms that will shape India's digital future and strengthen our education system."
Key Bills on the Agenda
- Data Protection Bill – To ensure data privacy and protection for citizens.
- Education Reform Bill – Aims to bring structural changes in the education system.
- Digital India Amendment Bill – To enhance digital governance and service delivery.
- Other financial and administrative matters.
The government has also indicated that discussions on the economic situation, inflation control, and employment generation will be a priority.
